  • Please contact us directly to discuss specific dietary needs. Note that our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat.

  • Regular orders require 48-hour advance notice. Custom orders need 7-day advance notice. For special events with over 100 pieces, please order at least 2 weeks ahead.

  • We deliver to select DFW Metro ZIP codes with a flat $3 delivery fee. Please check our delivery zone list or contact us to confirm if we service your area.

  • Yes, we ship our cookie products ONLY throughout the United States. For quality reasons, we do not ship cakes, cupcakes, or other delicate items. All shipped orders include express shipping ($5) to ensure freshness.

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled with full refund up to 72 hours before pickup/delivery. Custom orders cannot be refunded after production begins.

  • Generally, our cookies are best enjoyed within 7 days and should be stored in an airtight container or provided cookie bags. You can refregirate them for up to 2 weeks and freeze them for up to 3 months.
